Strawberry Poke Unleavened Bread

This unleavened bread is rich and simply divine! Filled with smooth cream cheese, perfectly sweetened milk, and yummy strawberries, this bread is easily a dessert treat the entire family will love!


  • 2 sticks of softened butter

  • 1/4 stick of cream cheese

  • 2 cups of sugar

  • 2 cups of flour

  • 3 room temp eggs

  • 2/3 cups strawberry soda

  • Half can condensed milk

  • Softened Cool Whip

  • Thawed bag frozen strawberries


  • Mix butter, sugar, and cream cheese until whipped.
  • Add eggs and continue to mix.
  • Add flour and strawberry soda and mix.
  • bake in oven on 350° until fork is clean when inserting to check cake.
  • Once done, poke holes in bread and pour condensed milk then let cake sit for about 30 minutes with paper towel covering.
  • After 30 minutes of sitting, pour juices from thawed strawberries on bread, then spread cool whip on top then top with strawberries.
  • Allow cake to set in the refrigerator before eating! Enjoy
