This creamy crunchy slaw is colorful and flavorful! Jazz up tacos or serve as a side with an Issachar inspired meal.
4 cups of purple cabbage, thinly sliced
1 cup of chopped cilantro
1/2 red bell pepper, diced
1/2 of ripe avocado
2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
2 tablespoons of sour cream
Juice from 1/2 lime
1 teaspoon of honey
1/2 teaspoon of cumin
1 teaspoon of white vinegar
1 tablespoon of Badia Complete seasoning
- Add cabbage, cilantro, and diced bell pepper to a medium size dish.
- In a separate bowl make the dressing by mixing the avocado, mayo, sour cream, lime juice, honey, Badia Complete, vinegar, and cumin. Use a blender to combine the ingredients for a silky smooth texture.
- Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and coat.
- Set in the refrigerator to chill for at least 30 minutes for flavors to set.
