Shoshana’s Alkaline Vegan Omlette

Ingredients

  • Diced red bell pepper

  • Diced zucchini

  • Diced baby bella mushrooms

  • Diced red onion

  • Chopped green onion

  • Daiya cheese

  • 1/4 cup Garbanzo bean powder

  • 1/4 cup or so of water

  • 1/3 cup Grape seed oil

  • Fresh spinach

  • 1/2 tablespoon paprika

  • 2 – 3 tablespoons onion powder

  • 1 tablespoon tumeric

  • 1 tablespoon fresh herb mixture

  • 1 teaspoon of Sazon Complete

  • 1 teaspoon of garlic
