As a huge fan of avocado and pesto, this dip makes my heart sing!  The creamy avocado is a perfect accompaniment to the herbaceous pesto.  Super simple and full of flavor, this dip can be used on sandwiches, pastas, and of course your favorite dipper!


  • 4 ripe avocados
  • 5 ounces or 3/4 of an 8 ounce jar of Classico Traditional Basil Pesto
  • 2 – 3 tablespoons of diced Roasted red peppers


  1. Mash avocados into a medium size bowl.
  2. Stir in diced roasted red peppers
  3. Stir in pesto.
  4. Salt to taste and your done!
