As a huge fan of avocado and pesto, this dip makes my heart sing! The creamy avocado is a perfect accompaniment to the herbaceous pesto. Super simple and full of flavor, this dip can be used on sandwiches, pastas, and of course your favorite dipper!
- 4 ripe avocados
- 5 ounces or 3/4 of an 8 ounce jar of Classico Traditional Basil Pesto
- 2 – 3 tablespoons of diced Roasted red peppers
- Mash avocados into a medium size bowl.
- Stir in diced roasted red peppers
- Stir in pesto.
- Salt to taste and your done!
