Navah’s Turkey Bacon + Spinach Quiche

It’s the perfect morning for a breakfast quiche with a cup of coffee for my Lord, and a cup of hot chocolate for me. Easy to make and full of flavor, quiche is flexible and can be filled with your favorite things. Try this recipe and experiment to make it your own in the future, LW. This is a perfect option for Sabbath, as quiche is typically eaten room temperature. Enjoy!


  • 1 refrigerated pie crust

  • 6 eggs

  • 1 cup half & half

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • ¼ teaspoon black Pepper

  • 1 cup cooked bacon

  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese(I use mozz and sharp)

  • 4 tbsp green onions

  • 1 cup of chopped spinach


  • Preheat oven to 375°.
  • Mix add 6 eggs, 1 cup half & half, ½ teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. Whisk together.
  • Layer 1 cup bacon, 1 cup mozzarella cheese, 1 cup thinly sliced spinach, and 4 tablespoon green onions in pie crust.
  • Pour egg mixture over bacon, cheese and onion layers.
  • Sprinkle last cup of cheese and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until cooked all the way through.
  • To check quiche poke the center of it with a wooden tooth pick. If it comes out clean it is done.
  • Remove from oven. Let stand for 5-10 minutes before serving.
