Cappuccino Unleavened Bread

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 stick butter

  • 1 cup brown sugar

  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream

  • 1/2 cup instant powder cappuccino

  • 1 1/2 cup cake flour

  • 1/2 can of condensed milk (for the glaze)

  • 1 tsp butter (for the glaze)

  • 1/2 cup instant cappuccino (for the glaze)


  • Make sure all ingredients are at room temperature.
  • Combine butter, brown sugar and eggs in a mixer or bowl and beat until smooth.
  • Add heavy whipping cream and flour in rotation, small amounts at a time until each are incorporated.
  • Add instant cappuccino and mix completely.
  • Pour batter into a pan and bake at 300 degrees for 45 minutes or until a toothpick can be inserted into the middle and come out clean.
  • Remove bread and allow to cool.
  • Mix ingredients for glaze and pour over bread. Allow to set (or not :)) and enjoy!
